Communication Network Construction Telstra

In July 1999, USA became Skilled Communications prime contractor for Telstra Network Estates. Contract duration was 3 years. This involved a management plan being set up to comply with all aspects of New Estates.

Services provided Included:

• Procurement of all material including pit, pipe cable and jointing material.


• OHS&E policies and procedures were developed and audits performed on new estate sub contractors.


• Cable jointing was performed utilising internal advanced jointers for Telstra mains and distribution networks.
  

As-Constructed plans drawn and submitted for each individual estate.

USA by the end of this contract had built a reputation with Telstra that has seen USA move forward in the communications industry.
