Services at Underground Services Australia

Trenchless Technology

The need to traverse many obstacles, the continual problem of traffic control and the inevitable unsightly road scar left after trench excavation, led to the introduction of trenchless technologies by our company in 1990. Starting with very basic directional drill rigs, we now own a variety of highly advanced and latest technology machines completing over 2,000 bores per year with pipe sizes ranging from 40 to 1200mm in diameter. We have developed our techniques in this market due to of the increasing costs associated with excavation of trenches within busy roadways and environmentally sensitive areas.

The Benefits of Trenchless Technology
